Do you know what makes a healthy diet?
Were going to use www.mypyramid.gov to take a closer look at your diet knowledge.

Just go to the website and click on "kids" then click on "Blast Off Game" and follow the directions. This is an interactive game that will allow you to choose proper meals to ensure you eat an adequate amount of food from each of the food groups.
